Q: Do you support eco-friendly practices?
Use recycled/recyclable packaging. Offer refillable pen designs. Partner with TerraCycle® to recycle used pens. Send your empty pens to us, and we’ll ensure they’re responsibly recycled!
Q: My pen stopped writing. What should I do?
Store the pen tip-down for 1–2 hours. Scribble in small circles on scrap paper to restart ink flow. For fountain pens, rinse the nib with lukewarm water. If it still doesn’t work, contact us—we’ll help or replace it if defective.
Q: Are your pens refillable?
A: Yes! Most of our premium pens are designed to be refilled: Fountain pens accept standard international cartridges or converters. Gel and ballpoint pens use replaceable refills (check product page for compatible models). Refilling reduces waste and saves money over time!
